Our dental office in Warsaw, IN, works with most dental insurance and Medicare plans. We offer flexible financing options and have an on-site insurance coordinator available to help you arrange a treatment and payment plan that works for your budget. Additionally, our senior patients (60+) are eligible for discounts.
Please Note: Unfortunately, we are unable to submit to the Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP) and Medicaid.
Dental Insurance Overview
Dental insurance is a complex field to navigate on your own. Rather than forcing you to decipher your benefits, we provide assistance throughout every step of the process.
We Work With Your Insurance
Our practice understands how cumbersome it can be to deal with insurance. We perform insurance verification on your behalf on a complimentary basis. If you have to file a claim as a part of your coverage, we can also do this for you on a complimentary basis.
Unless prior arrangements are made with our insurance coordinator, your co-pay and deductible will be collected at the time of your visit.
Understanding Your Coverage
Your coverage will depend on your particular dental insurance plan. Some insurances only cover a small percentage of service fees, while others may cover up to 50 percent or more of your total cost. In general, the more you or employer pays for your premium, the better your coverage will be. Our insurance coordinator is available to help answer any questions regarding your coverage.

Typically, insurance companies will only cover the cost of restorative or general dentistry procedures.

Which Procedures Are Not Covered?

In-House Financing
Our dental practice also offers in-house financing for most patients. If this option works best for you and your family, you can easily pay online using our payment portal.
